Paddy Geraghty – Creative Art Director
Paddy is an award-winning creative with over 20 years’ experience in the advertising industry, working across leading agencies in Dublin and London. After graduating from Dun Laoghaire IADT with a degree in Visual Communication and later completing a Diploma in Advertising at DIT—where he received the Bates Award—he began his career at Euro RSCG Dublin, working on brands like Bridgestone, Weetabix and Magners.
He went on to create campaigns for Guinness, Carlsberg, NFL UK and Aer Lingus at BBDO, before joining ROTHCO as Creative Director to lead work for clients including Unilever and Tesco.
In 2018, Paddy co-founded KV13, a creative collective delivering bold, emotionally intelligent campaigns for brands such as The National Lottery, Indeed Europe and Miro Global.
A longtime early adopter of emerging technology, Paddy has embraced AI as a tool for expanding creative possibilities. But no matter how advanced the medium, he believes the power of great advertising still lies in its ability to move people. A smile, a laugh, a tear, or even a simple “I don’t like that”—emotion is still the most effective way to make ideas stick.
